In the coming year, over 2500 Australians will lose their lives to suicide and approximately 65,000 will feel so desperate that they attempt to take their own lives. Chances are suicide will touch your life or the life of someone you know.
The good news is suicide is preventable! By raising awareness and reducing the harmful stigma that may cause people to hide their distress and thoughts on suicide – together we can save lives. “No Laughing Matter is becoming one of the biggest comedy events of the year.
